The book Život bez kompromisa za umetnost i mir- Jelena Šantić eseji, zapisi, kometnari by Amra Latifić was presented within the Bitef Festival on Mira Trailović Square on the 17th September 2021. The participants in the presentation of the book were Milena Dragičević Šešić, Gordana Nikić, Marija Janković Šehović, Marija Cvetković and Ratko Božović. The author of the book, Amra Latifić was the moderator of the discussion.
The monograph presented life of Jelena Šantić (1944–2000), prominent ballerina, ballet historian and human rights fighter throughout interviews, critics, novels, then theoretical papers on ballet, reports on humanitarian and peace projects, comments, photographs, biography and bibliography of Jelena Šantić.The monograph was published by the Fondation „Jelena Šantić“, Group 484 and the Hisotrical Archvies of Belgrade. Slobodan Mandić, assistant director of the Historical Archives of Belgrade and Snežana lazić and Jelena Mitorivć Kocev, sentnior archvists participated in the realisation of this pbulication.
