The Terraforming organization and the Archives of Vojvodina organized an international conference Microhistories and Archival Pedagogy on the 23rd September 2021. The conference was organized with a goal to discuss the possibilities of making available local histories to the interested users, the role of the local archives in the European historical and cultural mosaic as well as the guidelines for the best pedagogical approach in the Holocaust teaching.
The participants of the conference were experts from Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Serbia. The Historical Archives of Belgrade was represented by Jelena Nikolic, assistant director and Dragana Mitrasinovic, an archivist. They presented the Jewish Digital Collection of the Historical Archives of Belgrade on the conference.
The publication "The Holocaust, European Values and Local History" was also presented to the gathered experts.
