International archival meeting 12th Archival Day was held in the Town Hall in Subotica on 20th September 2019. Main topic of the meeting was “Register Books as Archival Material”.
The conference was organized by the Historical Archives of Subotica for the 12th time. Selection of the topic indicates that church and state register books are valuable and significant archival material frequently used by the researchers.
Sixteen selected articles were presented. Historical Archives of Belgrade was represented by Vladimir Mijatovic and Jelena Nikolic with a paper “Church register books of the Historical Archives of Belgrade in digital surrounding”.
