The gathering was greeted by Snežana Radović, director of the Historical Archive of Niš, Lela Pavlović, president of the Archival Society of Serbia and Slavica Solomun, head of a department in the Archives of Serbia. Also, letter of thanks was awarded to all applicant registry offices and the collection of papers from the last year conference was promoted.
