First international meeting of the initiative DTI - Digitize. Transform. Inspire, which brings together leading institutions and experts from the field of culture, technology and archival science with the aim of improving the accessibility of digitized historical material.
Three key principals of the initiative are:
1. DITIZE – Responsible digitization of the documentation with the aim to preserve endangered sources and support open access, while investing in technologies and infrastructures that that advance archival practices and meet the needs of the digital generation.

2. TRANSFORM - Innovations in interpreting, visualizing, and connecting data across time and space, supported by collaboration between sectors – public and private, institutional and local.
3. INSPIRE - Building a global network based on shared heritage, respect and collaboration while empowering individuals and institutions.
DTI is an active network of partners who share the vision of an accessible and inclusive culture of remembrance. These include, among others: FamilySearch, ICA, ICARUS, Transkribus, Europeana, Archives Portal Europe, CBG Centrum voor familiegeschiedenisBG, Time Machine Organisation and AI4LAM.
In addition to numerous representatives of cultural institutions and archives, the meeting was also attended by Aleksandar Gačić from the Historical Archives of Belgrade, historian-associate of digital processes in the Department for Digitization, Microfilming and Technical Protection of Archival Materials.
