The workshop was opened by Nikola Tasić, academician, vice president of SASA and the Director of the Institute for Balkan studies within SASA.
At first, attendants were informed about involment of the Institute for Balkan studies of SASA in ENArC project, construction of European Union Archives Network through international and national portals, wеb portal Monasterium and experiences of the Faculty of Philosofy in Belgrade. The subject of the second session was Digitization of the records in Serbia : possibilities and perspectives, so the Department for Digitization of SASA, the National Library of Serbia, the Historical Archives of Belgrade and the Military Archives of Serbia presented its programs. The attendants met the contents of the Archives Portal Europe presented by the International Centre for Archival Research ICARUS.
The meeting covered general problems of digitization of the records in Serbia, so gave guidelines for further work. The workshop supported the Ministry of Culture and Information of Republic of Serbia with the resources of the European Commission.

 

EHDLogokoca-u-vozuIn accordance with the chosen subject Giving and Endowment, the Historical Archives of Belgrade, on the occasion of 20th anniversary of death of Konstantin Koča Popović, presents to the public its records. The manifestation program includes the visit to the working room of the legator with the testators photos slide show, so medals showcase. Twelve panels presented his life and work accented its involvement in Movement of Surrealism.

Belgrade working practice programme 2012 includes 21 institutions: 14 departments of the City administration, 7 institutions of culture and 3 Municipality of the City, providing professionaly supervised, four months working practise in realization of the City Administration and University of Belgrade.

Historical Archives of Belgrade provided training programme for the position of arhivists including arrangement and processing of documents, so the position of librarian.

forun sl kultThe conference is organized by International Institute of Archival Science (IIAS) and University of the City of Maribor cooperating with the Forum of Slavic Cultures, the Historical Archives of the City of Ljubljana, the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia and Slovenian Research Agency and European Centre.

The Conference attended the leaders of republic and city archives from Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Russia, Republic of Srpska, Ukraine and Serbia. The discussed subjects were: New or restored buildings of the archive institutions for contemporary and future needs; New media for the records of the archive institutions.
On this occasion, starting organizational details regarding the preparation of the exhibition The capitals of Slavic countries through the archives were agreed. The exhibition will include presentation of records kept in the archive institutions of the capital cities of Slavic countries: Moscow, Warsaw, Kiev, Minsk, Prague, Bratislava, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Podgorica, Skopje and Sophia. The standing will be opened on May 6th, 2013 in the building of UNESCO in Paris. Dragan Gačić, the Director of the Archives, was appointed as a member of the Council for the exhibition organization managing the realization of the project.

Exhibition is opened by Historical Archives of Belgrade and Library Vlada Aksentijević from Obrenovac.

The standing was prepared due to programme Koča Popović in permanent Serbian history and exhibited in the Library of Obrenovac so opened to the public from September 29 until October 13, 2011.

Documents, books and photographs of the Legacy, guiding through the life and work of the owner, so the time he lived in, ilustrate complexity and universality of Konstantin Popović personality and activity.
