Ivan S. Pavlović was born in the City of Užice of father Stojko Pavlović, cavalry lieutenant, and mother Lena, daughter of Nikola Lunjevica, national leader during raisins of 1804 – 1815. In 1919 he was improved in rank of general for merits achieved in Krstac offensive, 1914. Since the very end of 1915 until half of January 1916, during Serbian army withdrawal across the Albania, with his forces, he covered the pass through the strait of River Ibar and Montenegro and provided boarding of the army for San Đovani di Medua. He is the holder of many medals, wrote and published works analyzing strategy, tactic and history. During war times kept the diaries and notes.

Documentation concerning fond maker relevant are of great importance: Ivan's parents, brothers: Petar, professor and academic, founder of Museum of Natural History; Pavle and Milan; sisters: Katarina, professor, and Jelisaveta. Genealogy of the Family Obrenović by historian Panta Srećković that overwrote Mileva, wife of Ranko Alimpić, was bought together with the documentation of this fond.

Đura Savić Glavinić, the first ancestor of Belgrade family Glavinić, came to Belgrade Danica Tomić, first woman pilotfrom Mostar where he started his manufacture. He was one of the first aldermen of Belgrade Municipality in time of its establishment in 1839. His son, Dimitrije, was the president of the Municipality of Šabac, he was elected the national deputy in 1868 and participated in work of Serbian Assambly that brought the Constitution in 1869. The most important member of Glavinić family was Konstantin Kosta (1858 –1939), construction engineer, proffesor of Great school, four times president of the Municipality of Belgrade, Minister of Economy of Serbia and government comissairs within the National Bank of Yugoslavia. He was the president and founder of many sociaties and associations and projector of the famous plum dryer. His son Milan, architect, was a national deputy of Yugoslav Radical Community in Kosovo and Metohia. He was married to Dobrila Glavinić Knez Milojković, active member of administration of many women associations and sociates.

Fond Endowment of Ilija Milosavljević Kolarac

Ilija Milosavljević Kolarac (1800–1878), tradesman, established Fund for aiding and awarding Serbian literates in 1861. Since 1875 this fund became the Literary Fund (possessing capital of 10.000 golden coins). Left without heirs, he decided to bequeath everything he possessed " in use of its people' and founded Endowment of Ilija Milosavljević Kolarac.

description: The documents of the Administration of the City of Belgrade provide information on political, cultural and economic history of the 19th century, while a smaller part is from the first half of the 20th century. They refer to dynastic changes in Serbia, the rebellions in 1842 and 1844, to the events in 1848, to the sessions of the national assemblies, the shelling of Belgrade in 1862, the murder of prince Mihailo in 1868, the conflicts with the Turks and the Serbs, the Serbian – Turkish war. Then there are the data on communal problems, building sites grants, on the crafts, trade guilds, traders, then permits to start a workshop, data on schools, cultural events (permits for travelling theatres and musical troupes), data on the National Theatre, health care problems (the construction of a hospital, physicians, midwives, pharmacies). Very few documents of World War I have been preserved (telegrams) while, of World War II, the documents of the special police and the eight volumes with the names of about 23,577 inmates of the Banjica Concentration Camp (1941-1944) have been preserved.
